The Sprenger WH ULTRA Loose Ring Sensogan Bit has an anatomically designed mouth piece that is perfect for adapting to the horse’s mouth resulting in optimum comfort.
The WH ULTRA features a unique roller that provides gentle stimulation to the tongue, which encourages the horse to chew, prompting salivation, allowing the acceptance of the bit therefore relaxation of the jaw. This mouthpiece can help to prevent tongue problems and teeth-grinding in an ideal way.
Hghly recommended for horses that are unresponsive to the rein aids; the horses gets relaxed and stays focused on the tongue preventing it from being easily distracted and so more responsive to the rein aids.
Sensogan:
This Sprenger bit has been engineered from Sensogan, which is a distinctive composition of copper, manganese and zinc. With a reduced copper content the oxidation process is still maintained, however the extraordinary combination with manganese is what makes the difference; it results in a smoother and more regulated process of oxidation. This has a very positive influence on the hose's satisfaction, motivation and willingness to perform.
Sensogan does not tarnish easily and is easy to care for. All Sensogan bits are marked with a black ring with an arrow on the cheeks. Make sure that the arrow is pointing forwards on the left hand side.
