With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

High quality plastic mouth with stainless steel, and a twisted steel wire core. The Happy Mouth Mullen Loose Ring Snaffle Bit is super polished and kinder to the mouth, with a great apple taste.
Generally Used for:
"The Loose Rings of a Snaffle make for a more mobile bit, and is often ideal for horses that lean on the bit or take hold, and usually encourages a relaxed jaw. The Mullen is a straight bar bit with ergonomic shaping, and is a very mild mouthpiece, only applying pressure on the tongue and lips with minimal pressure on the bars of the mouth, so is often used for horses with a soft mouth."

To find correct size bit for your horse:
Stand in front of your horse and make sure there is approximately 5mm ( 1/4") clearance on both sides. One fingers' width between the horses lips and the bit ring/cheek is correct. The bit should lie evenly in the mouth and adjusted to the correct height, just gently wrinkling the corners of the mouth. With all synthetic bits it is vital teeth are well maintained and examined on a regular basis. If any doubt about sizing or style of bit to suit your horse always seek advice.
