With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.
If item(s) from your order are not suitable then you are able to return your order as per the instructions below.

The Ezyloader Headcollar Adaptor is an easy-to-use and firm but kind controller system to make loading easier with tricky horses. It works by putting pressure over nose of the horse if they are to resist or pull back and immediately releases the pressure as soon as the pressure on the lead rope is dropped.
It is also ideal for horses who need more control when being led and can be used in place of a chiffney, stallion chain or bridle for leading.
Following research and development in conjunction with horse transporters and a specialist equine vet, the simple adapter attaches to a regular head collar and works using pressure when a horse pulls back or rushes forward and release when rewarding steady forward movement.
