With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

The Horseware Rambo Ionic Fleece Rug is the perfect rug to be used as a cooler rug and travel rug, crafted from a luxuriously soft fleece. It can be ideal to prepare muscles before work, cool down after work and can help to reduce build-up of lactic acid.
Using Tourmaline infused fabrics to release negative ions, causing a change in the water in your horse’s body. This allows increased blood flow and circulation in key areas and brings increased levels of oxygen to muscles to help ensure toxins are cleared from your horse’s body.
There are a number of great features that this rug offers:
The Ionic rug has an inner lining coated with Tourmaline which is a naturally occurring crystal that releases an electric charge which converts the surrounding air molecules to negative ions, which are essential for your horse’s body to balance the positive ions to absorb every day chemicals.
