With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.
If item(s) from your order are not suitable then you are able to return your order as per the instructions below.

A fantastic innovation from Horseware, the Horseware Waterproof Fly Rug Liner attaches to the inside of any Horseware type fly rug, that includes Amigo and Rambo (although not compatible with the MIO fly rug), turning them swiftly into a lightweight waterproof summer sheet, protecting your horse from not only the main threats of summer, the dreaded sunshine and it's harmful UV rays and the tyranny of flies and other insects, but also from the rain that is so inevitably involved with the summer plans.
Made from a waterproof polyester outer and a smooth satin polyester lining, your horse can be fully protected from all angles when it comes to warm weather threats, and will remain comfortable and happy in the process.
Compatible with the Rambo Hoody Vamoose, Rambo Fly Buster Vamoose, Amigo Bug Buster Vamoose, Rambo Hoody, Rambo Protector and Amigo Bug Rug.
