With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

TopSpec Healthy Hoof helps improve hoof quality over a period of 9-12 months and is designed to be fed to horses and ponies with poor quality hooves or needing support.
Horses and ponies with brittle or crumbly hooves should stay on TopSpec Healthy Hoof permanently. TopSpec suggests that owners should not reduce the level of supplementation once good hoof quality has been achieved. This is because there is a significant risk that hoof quality will deteriorate without the continuous nutritional support the horse needs.
Healthy Hoof is a caramel flavoured additive which can be fed with any combination of feeds or supplements.
Please note, the 3kg Healthy Hoof we currently have in stock is close to it's Best Before Date (March 2020), which is why it is reduced. If you would like to purchase a tub with a longer date at normal RRP, please contact us at sales@redpostequestrian.co.uk.
