With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

Cavalor FreeBute Pro contains natural ingredients which provide relief to muscles and joints in distress.
FreeBute Pro was developed in order to support the muscles and guarantee greater mobility and contains all of the necessary characteristics for performing at the highest level.
The relief of pain and discomfort, aimed at giving a horse more rest and comfort, is the start of many healing and recovery processes. However, the means to achieve this can have unwanted side effects, which may even harm the horse, and/or contain substances that prevent the horse from participating in competitions for some time.
For many years it has been known from botany and herbal science that a number of natural nutritional elements that are completely innocuous - and therefore have no harmful side effects - may be used in competitive sports and give relief in many common situations. Based on these insights, Cavalor FreeBute Pro was developed.
