With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

Red Horse HydroHoof is a honey-based hoof moisturiser that soothes dry, cracked or inelastic hooves and rejuvenates withered, dry frogs. Developed at the request of an equine podiatrist, HydroHoof is designed to balance moisture in the hoof.
The formulation allows the horn to absorb only as much moisture as it needs, which prevents it from becoming soft and soggy.
The ingredients in HydroHoof have been chosen for their moisturising or antibacterial properties. Beeswax has been added to help prevent moisture loss from the hoof and bergamot oil conditions the hoof and helps protect it against bacteria and fungi.
Directions for use:
Apply daily to clean hoof walls with a brush. Increase interval between applications as improvement is shown. Apply to frogs if they are excessively hard and withered. Residue may be wiped off after allowing some time to soak in for aesthetic purposes.
