With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

NAF Hoof and Sole is a superb topical application designed to strengthen soft soles and cracked hooves, as well as disinfecting the frog.
Directions for use:
Wash and dry hooves thoroughly taking care to remove all traces of soil etc.
Using a clean hoof oil brush or cloth liberally apply Hoof & Sole around the hoof, sole and frog allowing the liquid to seep into nail holes, cracks and between the hoof and shoe.
Take great care not to paint onto skin or coronet band.
Allow hoof to dry. Apply once a day for the first week, then reduce to every other day. After 3 weeks reduce application to twice a week or longer subject to progress of improvement.
A difference should be noticed after approximately 4 weeks depending on the individual horse.
