With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

The Horseware Ice-Vibe® Boots are rechargeable vibrating therapeutic boots that help to boost circulation in your horse’s legs by creating a massage effect. Combining the effects of cooling and massage therapy they effectively treat strains, ligament and tendon damage.
The massaging effect helps to stimulate the lymph system to remove soreness and swelling as well as improving circulation. Everyday wear and tear on joints can be managed with daily use of the boots and rehabilitation through injury can be achieved more efficiently.

Contoured to fit the lower leg, the Ice-Vibe® Boots can be used on both front and hind legs. Easy to use, first wrap the cold or heated packs around the leg, then place the boots on top of them. Stretchy pockets allow for easy insertion or removal of massage panels, and secure Velcro fastenings prevent slipping. With a smooth outer to repel shavings and beaded gel packs for optimal performance and fit.

The standard full boot will fit most small to medium size horses with thoroughbred blood or those that are not heavy boned.
Extra full boots will suit riders wanting boots specifically for hind legs or with heavy boned, warmblood type horses. The extra full boot is 35cm long. The new cold pack is 33cm long and covers the fetlock joint for added healing.
