With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.
If item(s) from your order are not suitable then you are able to return your order as per the instructions below.

Season:Core
Brand:Cavallo Hoof Boots
Code:CAVELB
The Cavallo Entry Level Hoof Boot is great for horses making the shift to becoming ‘barefoot and booted’, and for those who are already barefoot but require protection only on limited occasions. Also ideal for rehabilitation and therapeutic purposes, it also makes an excellent ‘spare tire’ for a lost shoe.
The ELB upper material is a 1680 count Denier industrial grade nylon. They feature a replaceable Velcro closure that extends the working life of the ELB in the event of Velcro fatigue. Easily fastened by 8 and 80 year-olds alike, the strap does not require a screwdriver, extra physical strength or any other tools.
Designed with a durable and hardwearing sole, these boots incorporate unique, built-in side drainage slots – which drain mud, water and sand easily and will not clog up.
