With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

These boots are supple, comfortable, well adjusted and easy to slip on... and at a fantastic price too! The Equi-Theme Primera Tall Competition Boots come in a supple grained cow leather with elastic shoelaces on the front and tone on tone topstitching at the tip. At the rear of the boots you will find a YKK zip on elasticated band, secured with 2 press studs - one on a leather tab at the lower end and one on an elasticated strap on the top of the shaft.
The Primera Tall Boots feature full height pigskin lining and removable insoles in supple polyurethane with weight spreading areas and shock absorbing gel inserts at the heels, along with pre-shaped arch support for extra stability and comfort. The foot lining is made from a highly absorbent and breathable nylon and foam. The non-skid rubber outer sole with comfort area is made of supple polyurethane containing air bubbles with “Air System” ventilation for a double effect : Air flows inside the sole and exits through exhaust valve at heel; Air cushion has a shock absorbing effect and increases walking comfort.
