With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Orders that were placed between 5th January 2021 and 11th April inclusive are subject to extended returns of 60 days from the date of ordering.Orders placed from 12th April onwards are subject to our standard 28-day returns policy.

The Charles Owen Young Rider Jockey Skull Riding Hat has been designed with safety as the paramount concern. It is triple safety protected to ensure all riders are as safe as can be.
It features eight ventilation holes to maximise air flow through the skull to ensure the riders head is kept as cool as possible when riding. It is a deep fitting helmet with a quick release clip.
Safety Standards: Kitemarked to PAS015:2011, Kitemarked to VG1 01.040 2014-12 and Certified by SEI to ASTM F1163-15 (Certified by SEI to ASTM F1163-15 only from size 00 1/2 -6 and Round Fit 0 1/2 – 5).

Have you struggled to find a helmet that isn’t uncomfortably snug on the sides? Have you tried on Charles Owen helmets in the past and found them to be too oval in shape for your head? If so, you’re probably a Round Fit!
Fitting Tip: Always be sure to find the Round Fit helmet in your size instead of trying on a larger size helmet. If you simply increase the helmet size in a standard fit, the helmet is likely to be too large and may fall forward while you’re riding.
