Stubben SEQ Soft Touch Rubber Covered Roller Spurs

Season:Core

Brand:Stubben

Code:SSSRC

Stubben have perfected the roller spur with the introduction of the Soft Touch design. Roller spurs are popular with riders for the following reasons

  • Easy for all day use on many different horses.
  • Kind on sensitive horses as the rowel will roll when there is unintentional contact.
  • A good choice when introducing a horse or rider to spurs for the first time.

Benefits of SEQ spurs:

  • Non-slip material
  • Boots protection
  • More gentle and more effective
  • Smooth rounded loubes
  • Made of flexible stainless steel that allows the user to form the spur to the individual size, need and comfort.
  • Because of their flexibility SEQ-SPURS fit both men and women.

Benefits of Soft Touch spur rowels:

  • The rounded rowels enable particularly convenient and precise positioning of aids.
  • The wheels of the spurs are shaped in a way that all points are identically rounded to make them smooth and soft.
  • The special design of the rowel allows for a faster rotation of the wheel, encouraging a better and softer leg aid.
  • The rider can position aids by simply placing the spurs on the sides of the horse. The unique design causes the rowel to automatically rotate with the movement of the horse.

These are a lovely pair of Spurs. I love the rubber as they prevent them from slipping. I thought the 20mm neck with the roller ball would be too short but it is perfectly fine
